Throughout product realization,
from high-grade raw materials to loading of finished
products, every control point as well as critical
control point are strictly managed and effective
measures are seriously taken as soon as any nonconformity
of the products occurs. Apart from Good Manufacturing
Practices implementation and employing of the modern
food-industry machines, the company has also established
microbiological and filth laboratory in order to
guarantee food safety and quality of the products.
Moreover, Research and Development department are
always working to come out with the new products
to satisfy customers’ needs and requests.
Since the year 2002, TBF has found
its sister company, ‘Asian Superior
Foods Co., Ltd.’ . The new company
is to continue to catch up with the consumers’ changing
behaviors by producing mainly Ready-to-Cook and
Ready-to-Eat products. The Ready-to-Cook products
are such as Stir-Fried Rice Noodles with various
seasonings e.g. Pad Thai, Tom Yum, and Ready-to-Eat
products such as Cooked Rice, Cooked Fried Rice,
Cooked Rice Noodles, and Cooked Noodles. In addition,
TBF is the first company which introduces the idea
of Pad Thai noodles to the world market.
In order to guarantee the company’s
devotions in improving quality and food safety,
many world standards accredited by respectable and
professional certification body are certified and
real-time implemented. These world standards that
the company are been certified are HALAL, ISO 9001:2000, GMP, and HACCP.
Nevertheless, other standards required by some specific
countries, the company’s Quality Management team
always finds these challenging.

manufactures the products for private labeling under customers’
